After graduating from Murray State University with a Bachelor's degree in Nonprofit Management, Taylor discovered her passion for helping others. Taylor returned to her hometown, Waterloo, and began searching for a job that would allow her to fulfill her passion. Initially, she did not envision real estate as her career path until she learned about a Transaction Coordinator position at Monica Schmidt Group. Taylor decided to try it out, as her mother was an agent when she was young and it had always fascinated her. After a year as a Transaction Coordinator, Taylor decided to study for the Illinois Broker test and successfully obtained her license. In 2022, Taylor was personally involved in six deals and worked on 64 transactions.

Having lived in Waterloo for 13 years, Taylor has grown to love the town and its small town feel, rich history, and character. She enjoys the great outdoors and exploring the hiking trails of Southern Illinois. In her free time, Taylor can often be found walking her dog around town or attending live music events.

Taylor's passion for helping others has remained unchanged since graduating from college. She understands that buying or selling a home is one of the most significant decisions one can make in life. Her ultimate goal is to guide each client through the transaction process and make it as stress-free as possible. Taylor is excited about the future and looks forward to seeing the continued growth of the Monica Schmidt Group.
